The Shift from DOing to BEing - Week 10

Well, here we are already! Week 10. Did you, like me 10 weeks ago, see this as almost an unimaginable time in the future? Hoping that it would guide us somehow to some magical, revelatory point?
Before we dive in for our final week, let’s recap Week 9.
A Final Recap
Last week we embraced the idea that, despite life's challenges, our essence is unconditional love, and by remaining open-hearted, our higher focus supports us to expand beyond low-vibration experiences. In this way we transcend distractions and patterns with expired use-by dates to cultivate Divine balance within ourselves.
Through self-compassion and integrity, we learned to hold our truth, speaking and acting from love to honour our Sovereign being-ness. Our higher vibration now creates a ripple effect, increasing our contribution to restoring balance to the collective.
Dr Wayne Dyer said, “Begin noticing and being careful about keeping your imagination free of thoughts that you do not wish to materialize.” In so many ways, this is what we have been doing by practicing being kinder to ourselves firstly, to become more compassionate and loving. Never has it been so clear that how we steer our thoughts and words can either create more chaos and sadness, or align with love and create healing for all.
For ourselves.
For others.
And for the world we live in.
I love the notion that you and I have been working over the past 10 weeks to find more joy and more peace that then creates more joy and more peace.
We are the blessing!

Hello Week 10!
We have certainly covered a lot of ground:
Week 1: Introduction to Being Present and Raising Our Vibration
Week 2: Cultivating Stillness and Self-Awareness
Week 3: The Power of Self-Compassion
Week 4: Connection to our Guides and the Divine and Greater Purpose
Week 5: Emotional Presence and Self-Regulation
Week 6: Presence in Relationships
Week 7: Presence in the Physical Body
Week 8: Transcending Distractions and Overcoming Mindlessness
Week 9: The Ripple Effect: Raising Collective Vibration
And so has the Power of Being Experiment been a transformative or eye-opening experience for you? I hope so.
Personally, it has in many ways. The activity that follows helped me to assess how much change occurred.
Reflection Activity: To acknowledge how much as shifted, let’s return to the symptoms attributed to NOT being.
Open your JOURNAL and write the numbers 1 - 17 down the page. Now read through each of the points below from Week 1 and quickly rate how strongly you FEEL each symptom, using a scale of 0 - 10 (1 is minimal and 10 is extreme). Please remember this is not a thinking exercise and trust the very first number that comes to mind. Record your answer next to the corresponding number.
Increased stress and overwhelm /10
Mental fatigue /10
Emotional distress /10
Disconnection from others /10
Lack of focus /10
Physical tension /10
Fatigue or exhaustion /10
Overthinking /10
Disrupted sleep /10
Loss of joy /10

Now, turn back to Week 1 in your JOURNAL where you initially recorded how strongly you felt these symptoms. Has anything changed?
What other awarenesses have developed over time?
Have you wrestled with the idea of being or did it come easily?
Were their certain Weeks that really spoke to you? What was the learning or awareness?
How has it felt to shift your perspective from ‘doing’ to ‘being’?
Have you been able to give yourself permission to offer yourself compassion and unconditional self love?
Were you able to hold a daily practice of intent or prayer for harmony? How did this make you feel?
If you reach the end of this particular journey and recognise, like me for example, you still spend more time in thinking rather than being, know that we unravel patterns of a lifetime with loving consistency. Onwards!
I hope, also, that any area that might need further attention has been balanced with some deep insights around how our being, our focus, and sometimes just doing nothing(!) contribute to the world we live in.

An Energetic Experiment - Results!
When we began, I measured the Bovis Life Force of Healers, Mother Earth and Mass Consciousness to track any changes. Remember, I’ve been given that one person in alignment has immense influence on the whole. And so this is what tests up:
There are remarkable shifts across all categories. This does not surprise me. In previous training courses - every single person has some form of energetic connection, whether past, ancestral, star family etc. When I ask ‘How much has each person’s participation contributed to the results, it tests as 100%. Trust this experiment has caught your attention for a reason! When we work together, we must expand, and we must expand the whole!
NOTE: The Bovis Life Force Chart measures energy in K (thousands), M (millions), B (billions), T (trillions or terra).
When I measure the highest range point for Mother Earth (purple) and Healers (green) in Week 10, I am given they have reached a higher point and extend beyond - off the chart! This continuum is shown below. Notice it as a fluid measurement that begins 1-5 T, and 750 B respectively and continues, cycling around the chart in a clockwise spiral beyond trillions or terra and well into peta, exa, and zetta measurements. All a confirmation that our current vibrational shifts are ongoing and nothing short of massive and extra-ordinary!!
Integration - It’s a Thing
As with the conclusion of any energetic balance, after 10 Weeks we are invited to allow two weeks to integrate the energetic changes we have created. See this as a time of consolidation and vibrational ‘settling’. Drink plenty of filtered water, rest and avoid drama where you can.
Over the next two weeks, you might set aside some time to reflect on your progress towards the goal of ‘being’ as you focus on presence, and determine how you will continue to make the time you truly deserve for yourself. Whether journaling, spending time in nature, any form of meditation, conscious connection, etc. Be gentle with yourself, some days are easier than others, and that’s okay.
Finally
We must acknowledge our growth! It is right to look backwards to see how far we have come. Congratulations for committing to something better! May we each hold appreciation for the lessons; honour our infinite worthiness; respect our Sovereignty; and be thankful for every opportunity which invites us to continue to choose more peaceful ways of being.
I hope that you too, are excited for the future and feel greater harmony in this moment. Again and again I am given that all is well, and that things are working out as they must.
Hold faith dear ones!

I have finally finished Week 10. I can say I am indeed a different person than from week 1. My vibration feels lighter, positive and flows without blockages or stagnation.
I am more aware and BEEing present with myself and my family. More kind to myself and distribute my energy as my currency and give attention in the present to only things that support my alignment. My frequency is high and fluid. I am communicating better with source. Just feels wonderful. I appreciate you and your wonderful help in putting this together. You are such a wonderful guide and you are an inspiration to me. Thank you so much.
This program has supported me through the past 10 weeks to shift more towards being rather than doing. It has coincided with a medical condition that has forced me to take this seriously. You have helped me process through this shift and I can say that today I feel the most at peace than I have ever felt. I notice the stillness in comparison to others around me now and I’m not judging myself or comparing myself as much and feel I have accepted myself more. I can honestly say I am now experiencing just being and it is amazing how I am loving this new way of living 💜💜
