The Ripple Effect: Raising the Collective through Self-Compassion - Week 9
Can we change the world one person at a time? Yes, yes we can, and it always begins with us. Read on to learn how your Divine alignment impacts the whole.
The greater your alignment with yourself, the more you radiate your healing love out into the world.
We came in to FEEL with all of our available senses - taste, touch, see, hear, smell.
Yet not to be dictated to by our experiences because we know they do not define who we are.
We came in to LOVE.
Yet not to close our hearts because of hurtful experiences.
We came in to EXPAND.
In spite of all the low vibration experiences we knew we would encounter, we also were determined to return to the UNCONDITIONAL love we already are.
Reflecting on Week 8: Transcending Distractions
Self-Reflection - before we move forward, take a moment to reflect on how you went last week. Maybe you managed to prioritise yourself in some way, perhaps there was an activity that resonated, supporting you to reclaim your energy and presence. Or maybe, like me, your best intentions were disrupted and you now have the opportunity to find the message!
JOURNAL about any shifts you noticed and how you felt when you were more present. Please share what works for you - maybe it is exactly what someone else needs right now.
Embracing Divine Balance: A Call for Self-Acceptance as Healing
The more we resist truly looking at ourselves, the more we disrupt our energetic balance and the balance of All that Is. Most of us resist when we feel the need to protect ourselves from pain. Yet to do this blocks us from our purpose of being human. True balance comes when we keep our hearts open, no matter what the situation. This is how we return to unconditional love, self-worthiness, and learn how to create and maintain healthy boundaries.
Essentially, we are asking ourselves to love all - including what our Egos would have us ‘approve’ and ‘disapprove’ of.
A big ask for our Ego but an honouring of All as One.
Everything we see IS us.

Recognise What No Longer Serves
Diminishing ourselves for any reason is self-abuse; allowing ourselves to be diminished is victimhood.
When we recognise pain sells and stop buying into the unhealed patriarchy - media, beauty marketing, materialism, consumerism and capitalism without conscience - we restore balance to the present distortion on Earth.
Bless the old notions that no longer serve, particularly around needing to struggle, and step away from manipulation by those who seek to profit from fear and insecurity.
You are infinitely worthy, just as you are.
Inner harmony can only be cultivated through compassion and kindness for all beings and things.
And Let Go of the Stories
Divine radiance is our true being.
Accepting this truth dissolves resistance and raises our vibration, which reverberates outward, creating balance to All that Is.
You are magnificent, just as you are.
Align
The more you remember these truths, the more aligned you become with your Divine Sovereign self.
And do you need to speak up about an injustice?
Is there an issue that matters to your heart that needs to be addressed?
If the answer is ‘YES’, do it. Have a conversation. Send that letter. Refuse to accept platitudes and ‘the way it is’. Call it out - firmly and from a place of love and integrity.
Making a stand does not mean sacrificing your peace. Trust that by speaking or enacting your truth, you send out a vibration of healing. Disconnect old cords of resentment, anger, and betrayal. Let them go. When you speak, speak from love, and watch how your healing energy radiates out into the world.
A little story - in Week 8 I invited two disruptions in the form of injustice which impacted me, and others in my community. I chose to speak up about both and then spent a couple of days ruminating on the injustices and what ‘needed to be done’. Finally having felt less than joyous and with a BIG headache, I was given the prompt I needed. How was I giving myself a headache with irritation and injustice? And how was it distracting me from my goal of peace? If you have been following Love is Divine, remember what the Map of Consciousness shows us we create through our focus:
Could I not trust what was needed (my actions) was done and all that was required now was to visualise a beautiful outcome? Hello ‘acceptance’ and ‘harmony’ … and reset. Lesson remembered!
All aspects of the story is you, me, us. There is no separation - all energy is one.
Enhancing the Lessons
Choose what resonates from the following activities to align your mind, body, and spirit and Radiate!
Mirror Love– Start your day with love. Look into your own eyes in the mirror and say: Good morning, [name]. I see you. I love you. I accept you as you are. Today is a beautiful day.
Move - Dance, sway, skate, stretch, swim or practice any free-flowing movement to reconnect with both your Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine energies. Notice emotions coming to the surface? Breathe them out. You’ve got this!
Release Trapped Emotions - use this meditation if you need support to release:
Self-Compassion Ritual – Create a small ritual where you show kindness to yourself—whether it’s through a warm bath or a comforting tea, take some time to sit in silence with your feelings and BE.
Radiate - with your clear mind and BEINGness, allow your peace-filled vibration to radiate outwards. Amen/Thank you/ Namaste/A Ho

The Power of Prayer / Intent
Please continue with daily prayer, mantra, or intent for harmony within and without. Radiate it! Are you starting to notice the feeling of bliss filling and flowing out of your body as you take time to connect with yourself?
Embrace your power and acknowledge the powerful ripple you create.
