The origin of separation anxiety and fear of abandonment lies in most human beings. It is an imbalance, a memory that sits deep within our cellular memory and is triggered repeatedly in many lifetimes until we recognise that we are here to heal this imbalance.
Take a moment to rate your anxiety or fear out of ten ( /10). Trust the very first number that comes to mind as this will be an accurate reflection of the imbalance. If you allow yourself to ponder the question, your conscious mind will interfere.
Then find a comfortable space and settle in. Once you have listened to the meditation, again assess your separation anxiety out of ten. Repeat the meditation 2 or 3 times until you have the relief you seek. Many will reduce to 0/10 so don’t give up!




When we realise we are repeating a path we have taken many times, we can learn to relax and enjoy our physical experience.
