Please be aware that this meditation is designed to show you what is underlying the drama and discomfort that you are experiencing. Remember that this lifetime is like a stage play with each of us playing roles for the other to step into our power and reclaim our right to manifest joyful experiences.
To acheive this, we need to release old layers that no longer serve. Release the energetic memory of wounds and our ‘story’ to allow ourselves to fully experience this present moment.
This meditation is not meant to cause you to revisit every wound, every painful memory. Unlike psychology, we focus on the metaphysical purpose behind our story. To do this we acknowledge what was, acknowledge our pain, and then focus on the qualities the experience provoked.
CAUTION: If you feel emotionally vulnerable and have experienced mental illness, please do not attempt this meditation without professional guidance.
IF THIS MEDITATION RAISES SYMPTOMS OF TRAUMA, please seek support from your doctor, mental health provider or in Australia call Lifeline on 13 11 14.
With an objective gaze, we learn of the strengths and qualities we develop, aspects of ourselves that we may not have strengthened in this lifetime were it not for the wounds we experienced along the way.

Nothing is random, dear ones, and being able to celebrate our strengths, our compassion, vulnerability and ability to love (ourselves) unconditionally helps us to find our joy. Trust your guidance as you follow your Divine inner path.
NOTE: Complete this meditation in conjunction with the supporting article, ‘ Contracts and Connections’.
