This meditation supports you to acknowledge and accept your emotions without judgment, understanding that they are simply passing experiences rather than defining who you are. By guiding you through a process of self-compassion and inner healing, this practice helps you restore balance and clarity.
When did we forget to care for ourselves as we care for those we love?
Please remember this is not about chasing perfection but about finding degrees of self-acceptance to create a window of peace in your day. It’s a practical approach to self-care that reminds you to take a moment for yourself amidst the busy-ness of life.
We store unprocessed emotions in our physical body and, in alignment with with Chinese philosophy, our emotional imbalances contribute to our physical wellness.
See some examples below.
As you flow through this meditation, you will imagine entering your own body and placing your light-filled hands on your internal organs that needs some love.
Important: we work with metaphysical aspects with this meditation. If you are unwell or have health concerns, please see your doctor first. Then, look to resolve the reasons for unwellness.
Join me in this journey to rediscover a calm, centered state of being, and leave this practice feeling more grounded and connected with yourself.
Blessed be
