To hold an open heart is our goal.
In this state we can allow all that is to be without becoming tangled in other people’s journey.
Yes, it still means we speak our truth when needed - we are not here to accept nor perpetuate injustice.
Yes, we create healthy boundaries based on what aligns with our own truth.
Yes, we step out respectfully by holding the highest intentions for all who are, like us, moving through this physical lifetime according to each one’s Divine plan.
Yes, we remember that the only person we can ‘change’ is ourself.
And, Yes, it means observing with loving and compassionate eyes and heart.
Use this guided meditation to observe the state of your heart and accept healing as needed.
When we can allow others to be and we focus on our own being, our hearts no longer need to anchor the low vibration of suffering. In this state, all experiences flow through the loving heart and we have achieved inner peace.
