All that is not the unconditional love that you are, cannot resonate and must create discomfort.
How can we offer unconditional love to all that we have created on Earth? Not rhetorical.
Good question, Michelle!
The emphasis must go to ‘all that we have created’.
People have forgotten. They have forgotten who they are, and they have forgotten how to think for themselves, and they have forgotten to seek joy.
And how can you not have compassion for humans? You are surrounded by pitiful stories containing the evidence of underlying trauma:
Media that informs you at every turn of misery, conflict and inadequacy.
Social structures that profit from human fears.
Generations of separation and segregation.
Millenia of manipulation and coercion.
There is so much imbalance in all that is around us. How do we repair what we have created?
You are here. The potential for something better is the gift of ancestors. Every rung in each unbroken ancestral line brings humanity a step closer. You become caught up in the suffering and that creates more of the same. You could also choose to see the beauty, and that too, creates more of the same.
The real question is how much change can you bring, not only through your focus, but also through:
love
consideration
creating healthy boundaries
participating where you feel aligned
speaking your truth
being yourself
letting go of expectation
choosing to ignore judgment
compassion
choosing to give yourself permission to ‘get it wrong’
joy
connections
inner peace
dreaming of beauty
focusing on harmony
healing triggers
letting yourself evolve in your right timing
choosing something better
As a human, this is can feel like an exhausting task.
Nothing, nothing depends on you ‘getting this right’ 100% of the time. Of course you are human. It is your chosen form at this time. The gift is in awareness and of what you choose to focus on. Your ego and the ego of all humanity have had unlimited power and breadth to roam.
Simply recognising this and reminding your ego moment-by-moment that what it focuses on it creates, is enough.
Surrounding sorrows and traumas with unconditional love and remembering the gift of awareness it creates, is enough.
Forgiving yourself for every human variation, is enough.
You are enough.
You are infinitely beloved.
And infinitely capable of joy should you set your mind to it.
Thank you.

I am reminded of the importance of being positive - in this exchange but also from a conversation with a beautiful lightworker who was feeling the weight of the world’s sorrows. The message given to her by Mother Mary was also ‘be positive’.
It can sound so trite, yet it is not.
So simple, yet not.
And, of course, it doesn’t mean that we ignore the negative, it means that we examine the negative, find the learning or message - act on it if needed, and return to our loving, positive space.
Today, I am focusing on loving and forgiving - mostly myself, so I can love and forgive the traumas of the world.
Can we find it in ourselves to pick up the baton of change and carry it through with genuine love and compassion for the struggles we accept in being human?
And the ultimate struggle… the struggle to remember beyond the veil of Earth, the unconditional love that we are, that we come from, and that we will return to.
Remember, remember.
And will you join me?
Thank you for being here today.
Wishing you infinite love and blessings, dear soul, wherever you are today - physically and spiritually.
Love
