Aware of her grandmother’s guidance from a young age yet experiencing a lifetime of abandonment and living in emotional survival, Carolynn’s story is that of another magnificent lightworker soul doing her work for her evolution and the evolution of us all.

“I would pick an emotionally insecure man; I’d find him attractive… dear Lord!“ until coming to the realisation, “I’m the common denominator here!”

Some of the topics we discuss include the need to value time alone, strategies for managing the wound of abandonment, learning to recognise patterns, the role of control, and ending generational trauma.

“It sounds so simple to love yourself… that’s been the hardest thing to do.”

A raw story that offers various insights into abandonment, healing through reframing, and new choices.

While abandonment is a common wound, each one of us has a unique experience of it. Thank you, Carolynn, for sharing your journey of forgiveness and wisdom with us.

Blessings
