It’s Happening Again
Another shift, more change.
Like you, I am also moving through these times, ‘doing my work’, trying to flow with change rather than resist it. With every conversation, article, meditation, session, I am very aware of the moments when the Universe is tapping me on the shoulder.
Once again, I am heeding, trying to untangle the messages and hold faith to take a leap.
Before I go into changes, I really want to express how much I appreciate you! I feel like we are companions as our ship sails through this lifetime, sometimes over calm seas as still as glass and other times riding the dips and troughs of change together.
Whether as a client; a paid subscriber; follower; free subscriber; offerer of energetic exchange through sharing, referring, intent, commenting, hearting or donating; a casual reader; supporting Love is Divine in any way - thank you. Thank you from my heart to yours.

Have you Noticed?
Gradually, our relationship has been changing. Have you noticed? It has been quite a learning curve to step a little to the left of the formal training of a Kinesiology Practitioner and more into my heart space. While we need to honour our Codes of Conduct, I have come to know there is also room for the blessing of shared humanity.
This message is so much greater than the client / practitioner relationship. The opportunities to disconnect and live in physical and emotional isolation seem to have grown side-by-side with the growing virtual realms we now experience. We don’t need to look far to find the evidence.
With all of these forces of distraction building the illusion of separation that drives us to strive or fall into despair, how can we come back to simply ‘being’ the Divinely perfectly imperfect beings we are?
Presence and Prayer
For the next 10 weeks I have been guided to put online client sessions on hold and focus on exactly that. I’m told this focus is through presence and prayer and that the gift of being IS all we need to evolve and ascend. What a challenge!
Having had an atheist upbringing, prayer has held certain connotations and is not something I would naturally see for myself. It is interesting to reflect the number of times a client’s Higher Self has guided me to the prayer hands position at the end of a session, so I needn’t be surprised!
So, please send me your prayer tips!!
My version looks roughly like this:
Connect with All that Is - the Universal Divine Intelligence / Source / Allah / Buddha / God - whatever we choose to call the Divine energy we and every living and non-living thing is part of.
Then, hold intent to offer gratitude, ask for resolution, an answer, harmony, insight, blessings for others, or peace in the world… whatever feels pressing at the time.
Remind myself and Source (my usual preferred term) that my will and Divine will are one. I say, “Please guide me to use my humanness for what is aligned with my Divine Blueprint and the greatest good of all.”
Visualise holding space for energy to flow through me and out of my hands or heart space to go wherever it is needed.
Prayer hands! And say thank you / amen / namaste / Ah Ho depending on which term I feel drawn to.
The Gift of Presence
The second part to this instruction is presence.
I have the capacity to make myself busy, to be thinking ahead and trying to map out options, imagining a zillion projects I’d like to complete, self-care activities, the desire to help others - especially when asked, and crowd myself into a corner.
I’m sure you don’t need to be a healer to figure out there is something not quite right in this picture. A lifetime of hustle and proving worth through activity has been my work for some time.
And so, for the next 10 weeks, I will be withdrawing to ‘do the work’ of being present, to allow vulnerability, be more open to joy, and to hold space to create greater harmony.
When there is such a need for healers at the moment, I ask why? Why does this need to be the focus rather than working with others?
What I am given is that we hold far more power than we imagine. When we learn to love ourselves without condition, we raise our vibration and radiate it outwards and elevate the whole. Our contribution to Mass Consciousness matters.
The Invitation - Will you Join Me?
The task ahead is to create space to pray, to bring the conscious mind into line and refocus as needed on being present.
But what does to be present really mean?
Being present refers to being fully engaged in the current moment, paying attention to surroundings, your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without distraction. It means being mindful, aware, and not letting the mind wander to the past or future.
When we’re present, you're not preoccupied with worries or daydreams. We experience life as it happens, whether talking with someone, enjoying an activity, or simply observing what's going on around us.
In essence, being present is about living in the now, rather than being caught up in the distractions of thoughts or external stimuli. It is often associated with mindfulness practices and is said to lead to greater emotional well-being, better focus, and deeper connections with others.
An Energetic Experiment
As a researcher by nature, I will be measuring the Bovis Life Force of Healers, Mother Earth and Mass Consciousness to track any changes. I’m told one person in alignment has immense influence on the whole. (You will find more information on the Bovis Life Force Chart by clicking the link above or the image.)
Let’s see what happens!
The Bovis Life Force currently tests as:
Healers in the physical: 50 B
Mother Earth: 5 T
Mass Consciousness: 18 K
Current % of the Divine Feminine = 53 and Divine Masculine = 100 (goal 50:50) indicating the masculine need to push forward rather than operate from heart space is still dominant within humanity. This is not to say either is wrong or better than the other - we need both action and rest in equal measures.
I wonder how this will change over the next 10 weeks?
Journaling Progress
I will be journaling as feels right, daily to begin with to hold myself accountable. I know I need a little structure to get unstructured!

As we move through these times of change, I invite you to join me in exploring what it truly means to be present. In a world filled with distractions and external pressures, finding moments of stillness and connection is a revolutionary act. This journey of presence and prayer isn't about perfection—it's about showing up, listening deeply, and embracing the ebb and flow of life with grace. Together, let's reflect, explore, and share as we practice being here now, fully engaged in our own experiences.
Choose any or all of the following to consider, journal, maybe discuss with a friend, and share as we navigate the seas of this lifetime.
What does presence mean to you?
Reflect on times in your life when you felt completely present. What were you doing? Who were you with? How did it feel in your body, mind, and spirit? Write about these experiences and what you can learn from them as you focus on being present in your daily life.Create a prayer for yourself.
Take some time to connect with your version of the Divine, whether it’s Source, God, or another name that resonates with you. Write a prayer or intention asking for guidance, peace, and harmony. Be specific and let your heart guide your words.Observe your distractions.
For one day, pay attention to what pulls you out of the present moment. Is it a thought, a task, or a digital distraction? Write down these distractions and notice any patterns. What might they be trying to tell you? How can you address them so you can stay more present?Practice a mindfulness moment.
Choose a moment during your day to stop what you’re doing and engage fully with your surroundings. Whether it’s a walk, a conversation, or a meal, focus entirely on the experience. What do you notice that you may have missed before? Write about how this practice of presence shifts your experience.Reflect on your relationship with change.
Change is constant, and we all move through periods of transition. Take a moment to reflect on the changes you are currently experiencing. How does being present help you navigate these shifts? Write about how you can embrace change with openness and trust.
