This piece brings to my mind the importance of allowing yourself to replace the 'old' (reactions, behaviours, habits) with 'new' ones that will allow you to break free from old cycles that seem to have a hold over our lives. The repetition of circumstances allow us an opportunity to practice the new, and we need to be strong, and believe we are worth it to continue to move forward and not revert back to the old ways, by doing so we break the cycle and transecend into a 'higher' path.

I love your insight Jean! 'And not revert back to the old ways' is the practice part for sure. I think we get to rehearse something different each time we recognise an old pattern - how do we know which different action we need if we haven't seen it before?! x

Fantastic Michelle! So succinct and beautifully written, I’ve re read it 3 times today! I did shopping in a large mall today and noticed so many people smiling at me, saying hello and starting conversations in queues. I wondered if my energy was inviting these? Am I subconsciously sending positive thoughts to others? Regardless, it was a wonderful & joyful experience.

Thank you Michelle 🙏🏻

That is so beautiful Jennifer! Kind of like passing the energetic baton of goodwill, isn't it?! And I get 'Yes' to both your scenarios - both so much love. Thank you for reading, and keep enjoying those feels :) x
