BE… Be… be…
Energetic shifts and changes continue unabated as the universe unfolds the wisdom within.
“I went to the woods because I wished to live deliberately, to front only the essential facts of life, and see if I could not learn what it had to teach, and not, when I came to die, discover that I had not lived. I did not wish to live what was not life, living is so dear...” Henry David Thoreau
Thank your for your patience! The recent pause in writing has been to allow time to listen to what is surfacing and I am reminded again and again to BE. To allow time to focus on contentment and gratitude for being in a physical body and having this experience, in this lifetime, in this moment.

What if the more we create calm and do the things that bring us joy, the more connected we become to our truth and the less attached we are to old patterns that no longer serve?
This brave little magpie was so curious! I stood at the crest of the meadow and was enjoying the golden hour when this little one approached. I decided I had nowhere to be in a hurry and crouched down. Still it stayed, pecking the ground around me. Though magpies are often feared for their swooping and defensive nature, I have never experienced this with our magpies. They sing and are openly interested in the happenings around them.
So breathe.
Enjoy the subtle intoxication that exists beyond our thoughts and emotions and allow yourself to absorb the transient earthly pleasures you long dreamt of before you ever entered the Divine physical vessel that is your body.
Spend time in nature.
Connect with whatever and whoever it is that make you feel comfortable enough to BE yourself.
Blessings
