The Gift of Teaching Reiki: An Energy Healing Milestone
The spiritual and emotional journey of becoming a Reiki Master is a journey of continuous learning.
Celebrating Reiki Masters: A Milestone of Energy Healing
The day was as light and bright as the sky above, a fitting backdrop on a perfectly guided day as two dedicated women committed to teaching others the art of healing through Reiki. With a passion for restoring balance to All That Is, Shihan Anthea Stephens and Shihan Joanna Palmer successfully completed Gokuikaiden – Level IV Reiki Master's Teaching Degree in the Gendai Reiki tradition.
Their achievement is not only a personal triumph but a testament to their unwavering dedication to restoring balance and healing to all.
A Rare Achievement in Reiki
It’s a rare accomplishment to reach the level of Reiki Master, a journey that requires dedication, practice, study, and deep connection to the Reiki philosophy. The Reiki Master's Teaching Degree is achieved after progressing through the earlier stages of Reiki training (Levels I, II, and III). At Level IV, the practitioner is trained not only in advanced techniques for personal healing but also in how to pass on Reiki teachings to others.
Recently, these two women, each uniquely gifted and passionate about healing, reached this significant milestone. Join me in congratulating Shihan Anthea Stephens and Shihan Joanna Palmer for their dedication and commitment!

The Level IV certification represents the final step in becoming a Reiki Master Teacher and signifies a profound level of skill and understanding in both the practical and spiritual aspects of Reiki.
As Shihan’s (the Japanese name for teacher) Anthea and Joanna embody a mastery of energy work and advanced healing techniques. Their commitment to guide and mentor new Reiki students, perform attunements, and continued dedication to personal growth and spiritual development is central to being a teacher in the Reiki tradition.
These radiant women are both working in their way to lighten the world.
Shihan Anthea Stephens
In addition to qualifying to teach Reiki, Shihan Anthea is a skilled psychic medium, angel guide and energy healer who combines her skills to support healing, closure, solace, clarity, and profound insights. You will find her at her sanctuary of holistic wellness - Anthea’s Holistic Charm where you can experience her powerful healing arts in a safe and nurturing environment.

Shihan Joanna (Jo) Palmer
Shihan Joanna Palmer is active in the Reiki healing community and, as well as Reiki, is gifted in drumming and light language. You will find her on Instagram as Jo Palmer @Earth Angel Healing.
Shihan Joanna also authors a blog, My Little Flowers on Wordpress, sharing her loves and life. Over time, the blog has transitioned to shorter posts on Instagram as My Little Flowers - a beautiful combination of the natural world and her ever-evolving growth.
The world is blessed to have Joanna’s gentle energy and loving compassion.

I feel as blessed as they expressed, having been able to spend time together sharing the arts of healing. The gift of teaching is that we also continue to learn and so the teacher becomes the student, and the student the teacher.
As a wise woman told me, there cannot be too many healers, there is only one ‘you’ and your gifts are needed.
The lightness and joy being in their presence brings is palpable and I hope you get a sense of this from their images. I can’t recommend either more highly if you are looking for healers / teachers with integrity and dedication to their art.
Reiki is a teaching and a way of being, and a practice that leads to inner peace and unconditional love. If you are interested in learning or developing your Reiki skills, contact me here or visit my website or find a practitioner near you.
Blessed be
