Solstice - Completion
A turning point invites us to disconnect from lower vibrations and allow our gifts to surface. And a couple of techniques to raise your experience.
Shifts and changes, cycles ending and new beginnings … it’s no wonder we feel discomfort.
There is nothing more to be gained by holding on to what has ended. Honor what has been and mourn if you need to; the cycle is complete and it is time to open to new possibility. This cannot occur if you hold tightly to what was.
Dear ones, you are never alone. Your energetic families are showing up, always showing up with open arms. It’s time to stop hiding and to reclaim your power. Seek their support when you need to. If you are looking for support to connect you may like this guided meditation:
Optimism Attracts the Highest Good
The angelics remind us constantly at this time through the repetition of numbers and other synchronicities - have you noticed? They guide us to remember our thoughts are manifesting rapidly at the moment. Where we allow them to roam is setting ourselves up for their return in form as experience.
If, like me, you hear the caution in Wayne Dyer’s words, “Once you know that what you think about expands, you start getting really careful about what you think about,” you realise it’s time to get the Ego’s attention.
EGO, I am in Charge!
I have used these two strategies for some time and they are still my ‘go to’s’. Just remember to add solid boundaries into the formula.
EGO Strategy One
When my Ego points out a ‘flaw’ or something it does not like, I remind it we are all doing the best we can with what we know at any given moment AND we cannot learn from our experiences any faster than Divine right timing.
SAY: I have compassion for [INSERT GRIPE or PROBLEM], and love myself enough to let it go.
Boundary: I’m not allowing blame or judgment to take up residence. OR, I may or may not need to understand my role in whatever just occurred but I will not let it define my life. Goodbye, I wish you well.
EGO Strategy Two
The second strategy is the use of the Hawaiian prayer - thank you Lisa for sharing this with me! I use it most when I feel irritated because someone cuts traffic, fails to indicate, or whatever it is my Ego wants to bang on about with other’s driving.
I say this to them, but what we send out always comes back, so really I am saying it to myself for letting my Ego run rampant. How do I know what is happening in another person’s day - or life for that matter?
We are all one energy, and there is no separation.
SAY the Ho'oponopono Prayer:
I’m sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you.
Boundary: I slow down, change lanes, or ask that our paths no longer cross.
You will find more about the healing vibration of this prayer here.
And know it is human to need to practice this. No self-recrimination can be justified. Namaste.
Reclaim your power and allow yourself to receive all good that is rightfully yours.
Allow yourself to receive spiritual light.
Allow yourself to transmit spiritual light.
Allow yourself to be the spiritual light you are.
Blessed be
