Before you begin the meditation, consider a new vision, program or statement that you would like to live your life by. It is important that you choose something in alignment with your Highest Good. Choosing something ‘superficial’ dilutes your power to co-create and manifest all things wonderful that are rightfully yours.
For example, there is nothing wrong with wanting to win the lottery per se. But when we seek to control abundance as a way of making us happy, rather than trust joy comes from within, we may be in for a few lessons from the Higher Self.
The reality for many is a ‘win’ can be short-lived, create conflict, and bring faulty self-belief programs to the surface. However, when we determine to align ourselves with our light and our purpose, we cover all manner of aspects relating to abundance in our lives. By remembering our infinite deserving, we find ease and open our path to infinite gifts. For example, consider some of the following statements and what they might bring:
I claim my birthright here and now. I am a Divine unlimited being and I deserve all joy that is rightfully mine.
My will and Divine will are One.
I now open myself to unlimited abundance.
I am One with unconditional love.
I deserve all good that comes into my life.

Once you have decided on an intention or goal statement create a 15 to 20 minute space without interruption. Then listen to the audio to activate your Mer-ka-bah to support and align your being with the infinite power of your Higher Self.
