It’s a ‘Celebrate Me!’ Day

Do you celebrate your birthday?

For some it is ‘just another day’ or something that isn’t celebrated in a consciously celebratory way.

I get it.

I remember a time when I thought, ‘How can I matter?’ and ‘What difference can I possibly make to the whole?’.

But it’s not what I believe any more.

Why?

My Angel sister-in-law and niece with my homemade gluten free cake filled with love and deliciousness. Just for me. I accept and I feel blessed beyond words. Higher Self – thank for the connections – nailed it!

We Choose Our Lives*

After many, many interviews with Higher Selves – including my own - through QHHT style sessions, it is clear we choose our physical form, our family, the people we will meet, and the broad framework of our lives.

We are so filled with love for ourselves and every other being and thing as we gather the souls around us who will help us fulfill our self-determined experiences. And we can take as long as is needed to line up the desired configuration for our planned lifetime.

* Incredulous as it may seem when we are in the midst of or looking back on the Sh*t Storms we create in this life, I am here to assure you that 99% of us do choose the rough outline of our experience, cramming our Soul Contracts with the seeming challenges and joys to maximise our expansion in this limited time.

The Power of Celebrating Self

And so, where I once would cringe and downplay my BIRTH day, now I know it a joyous time to celebrate, holding appreciation for the wonderful people in my life who chose to share this journey.

And how I celebrated! Three occasions- with family, my children, our grandchildren and friends.

Thank you all for touching my life in so many ways. As readers, as supporters, as family, as friends, colleagues, as provocateurs, and advocates, as love. I am blessed to have connected with you in this lifetime.

Sometimes, my conscious mind will doubt this notion.

And then I remind the Ego we are NOT small.

We are each Divine fragments of All that Is, here doing our work because nothing is randomly generated in this illusory configuration of Sacred Geometry.

I see us as interconnecting holograms, dotted with our Soul connections. Each connection a considered opportunity for mutual expansion through our joys and woundings.

What Our Grandson Taught Me

Our little ones are here doing a fabulous job of reminding us of the unconditional love we are.

On my birthday eve while celebrating another family member’s five-oh, my grandson grabbed my hand and said, ‘Let’s dance, Grandma!’ and without a moment’s hesitation started busting out his moves. Pure joy, yet how often to we hold ourselves back with embarrassment or busy-ness?

And so dance Dear Ones, dance and sing through this experience, remembering it is not only an infinitesimally small moment in the history of All that Is, is an opportunity you desired and planned for to bring unconditional love into this beautiful home we call Earth.
