I Spoke my Truth
A message from an Ascended Master
I spoke my truth.
I refused to be quashed or denied.
I continued to speak my truth and choose actions with the words I spoke.
Align yourself with Christ Consciousness*, dear one, in YOUR way.
My path was/is not your path beyond the urging to speak up!
As you speak your truth your purpose will become clear.
No matter how or which medium you use, most sincerely and most importantly, begin.
Get your truth out into the world.
Stop waiting for permission - self approval or otherwise.
All of this sits within and you are the only permission you need to BE yourself.
Honour each blessed moment of the gift you call life and know that is enough.
Nothing to prove
You are at this point on your timeline because it is needed
You are allowed to love yourself exactly as you are and know you are enough simply because you exist.
Nothing to prove to yourself or anyone else.
Life is beautiful
Life is precious
Honour it with your words and deeds.

Take 10 minutes out of your day to reconnect with your guides, access their advice and healing if appropriate for your highest good.
