How are you doing?
Vibrationally? Emotionally? Physically? Transition from 3D to 5D, to Ascension consciousness can leave us feeling ungrounded and unsupported.
A lot changed after becoming unwell. I understand it is about change and that is okay. But how do we manage it? Any significant disruption to our routine has the potential to interfere with our exercise, the kinds of food we eat, who we spend time with, where we invest our time, and so on.
And it did.
Have you experienced a significant change too? I’d love to hear your strategies. What follows is one of mine.
Over the last few days I have finally returned to the practice of deep grounding (or earthing) with meditation. I’ve caught myself looking forward to it and the change in how I feel has been undeniable - more energy, calmer, and feeling centred.
Deep Grounding with Meditation
This is what I do if you want to try it:
I grab a beach towel and lay it on the grass (if it is cool, I cover myself with a blanket). Wave to the neighbours if needed.
Listen to music on headphones - I choose calm music without vocals. You will find plenty of options from the meditation category on apps which have no ads, like Spotify or Insight Timer.
Then I imagine roots growing from the top of my head, back of head, throat, heart, solar plexus, base/root, knees, feet and about a ruler’s length below my feet. These roots grow into to Earth and wrap around her core.
I then ask Mother Earth’s energy to flow upwards, anchoring and restoring balance to my energy with her unconditional love.
Rest for 20 to 30 minutes. I allow myself to drift with the music, recognising thoughts where they drop in but pay them no attention. Enjoy the sensation of peace and accept any insight if it presents.
I set the timer so I can relax if time is limited.
