Give Grief to the Angels
We are not here to experience a lifetime of suffering. And we are not unsupported as we journey through this lifetime.
Give grief to the Angels and All that Is. It is not a burden to be borne indefinitely.
Trust in your Divine plan and the Divine plan of others.
Into this life we die and from it we are born.
The lifetimes we live are miniscule compared to the infinite beings we are.
Through waves and clouds and storms
They gently clear the way;
Wait on Divine timing, and allow this night
to end in joyous day.
There are so many reasons why we suffer in this lifetime -
to know suffering
to participate in others’ experiences
to experience loss
to grow from loss
to know courage
to remember our infinite power
to remember the illusion of the physical is not who we are
to rediscover that we can return to joy
to bear witness
to remember loss is temporary
to remember love is not bound by the physical
and no doubt more…
Grieve, cry, breathe. Allow all emotions and release your grip. Those who have moved on do not want you to grieve indefinitely. Every passed love one gives the same message: return to joy and trust in the Divine plan that is your life.
Many are grieving the lives they knew, their story, at this time. This too can feel like a part of the self dying and is a normal process in our ascension consciousness.
Grieve for the life that was, if you must, and then love it and let it go. Our stories are not who we are and are not meant to define us. This is only a misguided notion created by our environment and unbridled Egos.
We are here to live in the moment. Look for the joy in this moment and celebrate the opportunity this physical body affords you to participate, to breathe.
And repeat.
Every time grief arises, allow it, acknowledge it as part of the human condition, the part of us that offers contrast, and then let it flow through and out.
