From Frustration to Bliss: The Unexpected Journey of Meditation
How stepping back and allowing yourself to drift can bring you closer to the deep peace you seek.
I wonder if you have experienced this.
Meditating almost always brings about a feeling of deep peace and serenity. The process of consciously connecting with Spirit/Source/Higher Self is indescribable and often brings forth insight into whatever awareness is needed.
Recently, however, this feeling has been elusive and for several weeks has left me wondering ‘what was the point of that?’ after taking time out to meditate.
Confusingly, I was receiving repeated messages to meditate through awareness and many, many synchronicities.

I know not to follow my guidance is folly, yet I was meditating less. One day, finally in the throes of confusion and exasperation, I gave up and stopped trying to focus, simply drifting to background music. Once again, the sense of peace returned with the message that I needed to fully surrender to the process.
This is the message:
You are being supported for your evolution. The vibration of Earth has been lifted and the invitation is to step into the new vibration, to align and integrate. This can only happen if your physical body can accommodate this process and will not be rushed. Source is trying to work through you, and to try to be in control of this process is to resist it.
What to do? Rest. Rest. To support your body with quality food and water is of the utmost importance.
Surrender to the process and allow me [Higher Self] to prepare your body for what is to come.
For the past few days, I’ve returned to meditating in the middle of the day and it is bliss.

Yes I have experienced the frustration and it’s always because I’m trying to force awareness! Always comes back to relax in the now. How simple yet I make it so complicated.
Again, I wake to a perfectly timed message from your writing Michelle.
Love & blessings 🙏🏻💙
