Feeling the Collective Shift: When Anxiety has No Name - Week 7
A reflection on feeling what’s leaving, not what’s wrong. How ancient karmic imprints are surfacing and what it means for us now. Blessed be x
When Anxiety has No Name
We’ve talked about feeling anxious in response to happenings in our own lives or in response to events that surround us.
This week, I want to examine a very different type of anxiety. The kind that rises within us for no apparent reason and its connection to the collective.
Tuning Into the Collective Field
About 5 months ago, I experienced this type of anxiety rising in a mixture of panic and dread, particularly around my chest and shoulders. It did not last - thankfully - but it did make me ask what the source of this feeling was.
What came through was a shifting of low vibration, moving up and out of the earth plane. It had not moved through me, rather, I had intuitively picked up on unhealed energy shifting.

The Energetic Imprint of Humanity
Humanity has progressed by a means of trial and effect, the karmic law of action and reaction. Every step a choice that moves us closer to or further away from our true being of unconditional love.
Throughout this process of experience and opportunity, each step has carried its own energetic signature which has been stored diligently as Mass Consciousness, wrapped in and around Mother Earth.
“Our birth is but a sleep and a forgetting; The Soul that rises with us, our life's Star, Hath had elsewhere its setting, And cometh from afar.” William Wordsworth
Many have written about our impermanent physical state and infinite being-ness in earlier attempts to break and heal this crust of sleeping heaviness, yet never before have we seen so much evidence of a shift to awareness. It feels important to acknowledge this seeming ‘New Age’ is not so new really, yet now its momentum gains. And with growing awareness and higher conscious choices, the old paradigm and its energetic signature weaken and dissolve.
Transmuting the Old Paradigm and Anchoring Love
As Earth shudders and shifts,
As the Lightworkers and others who honor the Cosmic Law of One hold space
As individuals awaken from the dream
and remember this lifetime is merely a stage play
and that we are infinitely more than this physical lifetime
As more remember we are one energy
and choose love and compassion for self and others
The miasma and debris of heaviness that has been heaped upon the Earthbound energetic pile collapses
Transmuted, it returns to Source healed.
And as it moves outward and away from Mother Earth, we feel its tendrils touching our energetic field.
To not feel it, would be to choose not to FEEL.
It is part of what was, and what is no longer needed.
Acknowledge it, thank it for showing up, and let it go.
Action
Take a deep breath in, and on the out-breath imagine your golden exhalation filling the gaps and recoding Mass Consciousness with unconditional love.
As above, so below.

Discerning What we Feel
In these times of collective transformation, we are called to feel deeply. This is our growth and our evolution. Feeling does not refer only to our own emotions, but the energetic remnants of a past paradigm dissolving.
Please remember, it is only a feeling - our Divine self-acknowledging another version of our infinite beingness as one energy. This simple acknowledgment and releasing of what no longer serves, allows us to become active participants in transmuting the old and anchoring the new.
Simply Put…
Your awareness, your awakened-ness and love, recodes Mass Consciousness toward healing and unity.
The more love and compassion you offer yourself and to others, the more all is restored to balance.
So simple, isn’t it?
