Egoic Validation and Love
Higher Self advice for training the Ego with a firm, loving hand and create consciously.
To BE.
Detour Egoic thought and choose something better each time a story or repeated pattern begins.
The whisper.
The beginnings of judgment (of others or the self) is the invitation to tighten the lead and check the Egoic puppy and train it to focus on something better.
Yes, I know there is perverse comfort in Egoic validation, but love does not exist there.
To focus on another or even one’s own folly is to energetically anchor what you don’t want in to this creative space we call life.
How many times will it take to retrain? As many times as is needed. It is not to take a ‘holier than thou’ stance but the opportunity to live life from an open heart and with unconditional love.
Just imagine how wonderful it feels to know you can fully trust yourself to be kind to you.
The Angels say…
Today.
Open your arms to receive the abundance of good that Heaven is giving you.
Notice the gifts that come to you throughout the day.
In gratitude comes greater abundance.
Blessed be.
Dear Reader,
I’d like to share some thoughts on the puppy analogy. Training our canine friends to know their place in the family pack requires boundaries and firm consistency. It also creates a sense of security for our four-legged companions. Isn’t this exactly what we are being asked to do with our conscious, Egoic minds?
Taking control of our thoughts with a firm, and loving hand offers our Ego a sense of security in knowing that there is a far greater plan than it can even imagine. Consistent loving correction allays fear and offers this personality part of us security.
The importance of navigating our thoughts becomes apparent when we remember all thoughts contribute to manifesting their energetic equal. If we want something better, we must focus on better.
That, of course, is not to say that we don’t allow a range of emotions - they are always our guidance. It is just that we no longer wallow in feelings or feel defined by them. Rather, we use them as the tools they are meant to be - opportunities to reassess, make higher vibrational choices, and honor what resonates for us.
It sounds so easy, yet our grip on the negative aspects of life can be reinforced at every turn through media, ancient patterns, other’s conversations…
Perhaps it is time to deliberately turn our attention away, relax our hold and create something better.
This is the work.
Blessings
