Deep in our being, we know we are the creator of our own lives.
All the drama, doubt and discord…
They are not us, only manifestations asking us to remember.
Can we forgive yet?
Can we love yet?
Can we trust in our own truth?
Meditate.
Dive into your inner knowing to reach the peace and stillness that sits deep within you.
Clear enough space to
Go within.

A Note on Meditation
I find it is sometimes it is easier to meditate than others. I put this down to a busy brain and sometimes mental interference. When this happens, we can get our meditation on in different ways:
Walking Meditation
Take a walk in nature - really looking at the form of the beauty around us. Whether tracing the outline of the trees with your eyes, or focusing on one beautiful colour after the other, breathe deeply to relax. Luxuriate in the sights, sounds, the temperature on your skin, and noticing the fragrance of Mother Earth in the air.
Swimming Laps
If you enjoy swimming, focus on the black line and the sound of your own breath. Anytime your attention wanders, return to this. It is amazing what insights will drop in when you do.
Ocean Meditation
Floating or standing and allowing the waves to support you, imagine your form, your energy dissolving and merging with the ocean. Allow yourself to focus on the waves, the eternal motion of Mother Earth and remember you are one with her.
Candle Meditation
Light a beautiful candle in a quiet space and simply stare at the flame. Notice how it bobs and moves, enjoying the shapes the flame makes and the deep orange brightness of the wick. As you do this, other thoughts ease and inspiration appears.
Blessed be, dear one
