Dearest Ones, You ARE the Universe
A conversation with the Ascended Masters and a message for our times as we continue to adjust to higher vibration. Perhaps our greatest contribution to All that Is is deceptively simple?
A Message
We are all you and you are us. Remember that all are one.
[Is there a particular identity I am speaking with?]
Yes, and no. Orion, Kwan Yin, Babaji, Dom, Jesus, Black Kali, Mary Magdalene… We are a collective of powerful energies elevated through growth and lessons in our own ways, bringing consciousness to all. It is the marrying of the shadow, the fallen with the light - a stronger, more balanced group of energies than ever before. You are part of this collective, and a vehicle or mouthpiece if you will. Yes, there are many collectives. To understand how all are connected and the implication of earthly, earthbound and non-earthly actions is a vast task for the human mind.
[I want to understand]
See beyond the human form. All are intricately connected. See the energetic connections as multiple holograms, layered within and around each other. Speak of fear, unconditional love and the illusion of separation. Introduce us, the Galactics, and all who would see a return to balance. Mend the dichotomic split between light and the fallen. Both are inexorably connected and form an intrinsic part of the whole.
[How do we do this?]
Can you forgive? Can you teach others to forgive? Firstly, by fully ‘pardoning’ yourself. Every event, learning, experience, must occur as it does. It is always about choices and we must accept the experiences that allow/invite freewill. You have in your human mind, considered freewill to only be of Earth. This is not wholly so. All energy acting outside of its true nature, ‘separate’ from its opposite self, continues to operate in destructive duality and a form of freewill.
What Might this Mean for Us?
The question is, can we remember that all energy, all is one, and then, can we offer unconditional love to all aspects of not only all we observe but also, most importantly, the self?
When we say, ‘How can the Universe do this?’, ‘Why would God choose that?, we are really asking - ‘How can I have chosen this?’, ‘How does it relate to me?’, or ‘What I am doing as an active participant in this experience?’ and then, ‘How will I choose to respond?”
As self-healers, we are so conditioned to believing there is something more we need to heal within ourselves. What if part of the whole human experience is to come to terms with unconditionally loving and accepting our perfectly imperfect selves?
Changing the Trajectory
Most have experienced some manner of trauma in this life, and for those who have had a significant slice of the pie this will have developed certain skills at ‘reading the temperature’ in the room. Over time, even though we have developed all manner of ways of testing others’ moods and modifying our behaviour to avoid conflict, we come to understand we cannot control every outcome, every reaction. When we look back with the gaze of perspective, we will find plenty of evidence to confirm this.
What would it mean then, to withdraw our energetic barometer and let others feel the experiences they have created?
Perhaps that would give us more time to find our joy.
And when we find our joy, we lift our vibration.
And when we lift our vibration, we draw better experiences to ourselves (it’s a basic vibrational mathematic equation).
And when we change this for ourselves, we also change it for all.
All is One.
A profound but simple formula for raising the vibration of universes.

The Real Work is Here:
Once we understand this, we look to correct our habits of thought - the beliefs and behaviours our Ego holds tightly in its grip.
I know that we are unconditional love and that the correction is to hold unconditional love for myself and others.
My conscious mind/Ego will want to continue to point out how I am different from others. The illusion of separation is how the Ego validates itself.
I remember that if I can observe my thoughts, I cannot BE my thoughts/Ego.
I remember that I will be guided from one experience to the next.
The belief I have control beyond how I react to a situation is the illusion.
I correct my Ego with love, reminding it that I belong to one energy, therefore I choose not to criticise others, or myself.
I am not perfect and I don’t need to achieve perfection. It took many years to ‘unlearn’ this belief, to allow myself to make a ‘mistake’. As part of this unhealed belief, to risk others seeing my imperfection would mean to accept further judgment and I was already burdening myself with criticism far more than anyone else could. The cumulative weight felt unbearable. Over time, what became worse was the vigilance required to prevent a ‘mistake’.
We aren’t born with self-criticism and no one is forcing us to continue this unhealed pattern.
When we learn to love and accept ourselves as we are, our life begins to improve in increments. I promise!
Reframe the thought into something more loving:
I am having this experience to choose something better…
I acknowledge that everyone is having the experiences they need to evolve…
I choose not to participate in drama…
I choose to hold high vibration and to make a beneficial contribution to myself, others, and the energy of all that is…
My experiences are opportunities to choose something better…
I focus on what I do want.
You, I, we, are far more powerful than we ever thought. What if we collectively direct our focus away from trauma and drama, and towards kindness.
As you read this please remember this is also about how YOU treat YOU – 49 – The Sage ... treats those who are good with goodness. she also treats those who are [not good] with goodness because goodness is the nature of her being. ~ The Sage... is kind to the kind. She is also kind to the unkind because kindness is the nature of her being. Lao Tzu The Tao Te Ching
It really does begin with us, and when we consider what we can actually control, we begin to understand how accessible creating real change is.

I really struggle here, I always feel I need to “fix” myself, or “the mistake “ is mine. So perhaps , I need to give it to the earth to heal?
Thank you for being vulnerable and sharing Andrea. So many of us feel this and yet when we look at our grandchildren as babies and even at 3 or 4 years old, we see the joyous lights they are, busy BEing exactly as they. As we grow we unlearn how to BE and accept limitations for ourselves from a whole range of sources. We need to find us at the point of unlearning - whether 3 years or another age - love and accept that child and help them remember we learn through our experiences, our feelings. An article will follow and the Inner Child Meditation may help.
Much love my friend x
