A Love Letter for the Departed

Honoring the sacred passage of Soul and Form, from infinite spirit into the physical vessel and returning once more to infinity. A blessing and a remembering.

And now rest Dear One,

Sink back into the remembrance of a physical life being of such short duration!

Regrets?

There are none that hold.

The gentler choice; the remembrance of what came before

And what comes after.

A Divine plan created from unconditional love

For a life to be,

In form,

For feeling.

The sinking under the veil of illusion to enter the physical,

Through the uncertainty of a multitude of layers and feelings - to be held by a warm body.

Through a child’s eyes - with wonder and still remembering of All That Is.

Through an adolescent’s eyes - the joys and sorrows, a multitude of experiences to colour and frame the journey.

Through a young adult’s eyes - optimism for what it to come, eagerness for the adult journey, the struggle to make sense of transition from childhood to adulthood.

Through the eyes of maturity, of parenthood (perhaps)- oh the preciousness of life! The desire to create something better, to protect and nurture, to care deeply about what comes next.

Through the eyes of an emerging elder - greater understanding of the cycle of life, to hold and be held, to allow others to grow and evolve in their time, the unconditional love.

Through the eyes of the dying - wisdom, yet still learning to let go, let go.

And beyond the eyes of death - a remembering of the continuous adventure of abundant healing to BE and that all is well.

It’s time now Dear One

Surrender to the Temple of Healing and recuperate from what was; integrate a lifetime of experiences and be restored to the infinite and unconditional worthiness, the love you are.

There is no timeframe here.

There is nothing but unconditional love.

Wrap yourself in this Divine blanket and take as long as you need.

With gratitude for all that was, All That Is.

And so much love for those still in the physical, those who came before, and for those who will come after.

Grace is yours, Dear One,

Accept its peace, its ease, and rest.
